'Insomnia' takes its beat from Ne-Yo's brilliant 'Closer' and takes its melody from... well, Ne-Yo's 'Closer'. There are too many similarities and too soon after the single dominated the charts, making it difficult to enjoy the Craig's effort without thinking he's just ripped-off a great track. It seems Mr David is playing it safe when it comes to wanting a hit, he's not going for anything exciting or different and we're just listening to what sounds like a UK cover version of the aforementioned song.
